Privacy & data

Need a DPA, a data export, or a deletion request?

Data subject requests (CCPA, GDPR, and other US state privacy laws), copies of the data processing agreement, or general privacy questions go to the privacy mailbox. We respond inside the statutory window — usually well before.

What to include

Speeds things up if you include these in your email.

We don’t want you to file a ticket or fill in a form. We do want to be able to find your store and your order quickly, so the things below help.

  • Your Shopify store URL. The your-store.myshopify.com URL is fine.
  • The Shopify order number (if it’s an order-specific issue).
  • The name of your 3PL partner. So we know which warehouse-side account to look up.
  • What you expected vs. what actually happened. One sentence is fine.

Response times

  • One business day for general questions and non-urgent issues.
  • Same day if something is blocking orders from flowing.
  • Inside the statutory response window for data subject requests (CCPA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws) — usually within a few business days.
