How much does WB Connect cost?

Nothing. Ever. WB Connect is free for merchants to install and use, for the lifetime of your store. Free to install. External charges may be billed by your 3PL partner separately from your Shopify invoice.

Who pays for it, then?

Your 3PL warehouse partner does, under their existing B2B contract with you. WB Connect is published by Warehouse Bridge; your warehouse pays Warehouse Bridge separately for the warehouse-side software they already run. You will never be billed by us through Shopify, and there is no upgrade tier for merchants.

What does WB Connect do?

It keeps your Shopify store in sync with your 3PL warehouse partner. Orders flow to the warehouse as they come in. Inventory levels update on Shopify as stock moves. Fulfillment events (shipped, tracking number, delivered) flow back to Shopify. Products and variants stay aligned. Nothing for you to do once it is installed.

Do I need to do anything special to set it up?

Install from the Shopify App Store, approve the standard Shopify permissions, and we will auto-link your store to your 3PL warehouse partner if they are already a Warehouse Bridge customer. If they are not yet, you can still install — your store will sit ready to connect the moment your warehouse partner is onboarded.

Will I be charged through my Shopify invoice?

No. WB Connect is published as a free Shopify app. Your Shopify invoice will not include any WB Connect charge, now or in the future. Any warehouse-related fees you pay are part of your existing contract with your 3PL — those are not charged through Shopify.

What if my 3PL does not use Warehouse Bridge?

WB Connect only works for merchants whose 3PL fulfillment partner already uses Warehouse Bridge as their warehouse management system. If your 3PL does not, the app will tell you that on install and will not take any action on your store. Ask your warehouse contact whether they run Warehouse Bridge.

What permissions does WB Connect ask for?

The standard Shopify permission set for a fulfillment app: read orders, read and write products and inventory, and write fulfillment events. We do not ask for customer credit cards, payouts, or your billing data.

Is WB Connect an embedded Shopify app?

No. WB Connect is a non-embedded Shopify app — the same architectural pattern used by ShipBob, ShipMonk, OGOship, Stacket 3PL and other approved Shopify fulfillment connectors. After OAuth, you land on the WB Connect dashboard at wbconnect.app rather than inside Shopify Admin.

How do I uninstall it?

Open Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels, find WB Connect, and choose Uninstall. We will receive the uninstall webhook from Shopify and stop processing data for your store. If you want your stored data deleted, email privacy@warehousebridge.com and we will action it inside the statutory window under the applicable privacy law (CCPA, GDPR, or other US state privacy law).
